PETS Choices Return & Refund Policy 

We appreciate your business and understand that occasionally returns might be necessary. To ensure the health and safety of our products, we have a 7-day return window for most unopened and unused items.

During this 7-day window, simply return the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Once we receive and verify your return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.

For opened or used items (with exceptions - see store for details), we may offer store credit only, minus a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us at petchoicesstore@gmail.com before returning any opened or used items for further instructions.
